How this works

Program Terms & Conditions

​

• A referral is defined as homeowner who contracts with Tadlock Roofing  for a new or replacement roof of at least 1,600 square feet as defined by roof size.

​

• A referral becomes a qualified customer once their roof is complete ( Quality Assurance Check has been completed).

​

• You may not refer your own primary residence into the program. If we have re-roofed your primary residence , you may refer a second home, rental property, etc.

​

• Referrals may not also be classified as a Non-Profit 501(c)3.

​

• Referrals who become qualified customers within 1 year (365 days) of your first referral submission count toward your reward tier status achievement. One year after your first referral submission your reward level restarts.

​

• If in a 365 day period from your first referral submission, you refer 10 qualified customers, you will receive a bonus gift. Tadlock Roofing will change the 10th referral gift card from $150 to a $2,500 Travel Voucher.

 

• Each level prior to 10 will result in a $150 gift card except for the bonus levels as shown above (Tier 2,3 and 4) after 10 your referral gift will default back to a $150 gift card.

• Referrals must be made through the Referral Form on this site and confirmed prior to the referred homeowner having had any initial contact with Tadlock Roofing.

​

• Every referral may have only 1 referrer.

​

• There can be only 1 referrer Tier Status member per household submitting referrals into the Referral Rewards Program.

​

• The referrer is solely responsible for submitting their referrals into the Referral Rewards Program. Tadlock Roofing representatives, customer service agents, and/or staff are not responsible for entering in this information into the program for the referrer.

​

• The signed agreement must be for a full roof-replacement to be eligible.

​

• Employees of Tadlock Roofing are ineligible for the referral program.

​

• You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States.

​

• Not applicable for commercial entities (Property Managers, Insurance Companies, Builders, etc.).

​

• Referral rewards may not be applied to an outstanding balance by the referrer or referral.  ( Rewards are limited to gift cards as selected when making referral ).

***Tadlock Roofing in its sole discretion reserves the right to change the above referral program details with or without notice. Tadlock Roofing in its own judgment reserves the right to disqualify any entity with or  without cause without participant consent due to unforeseen circumstances.
